Banner In Construction

I'm trying to add a banner to my blog but seems to have a bit of problem. Please bear with me as I try to sort it out.

    I face the same prob the last time i tried to add a banner.... tell me how to do it wen u figure it out.

    i think is the template. try change to another and put in the banner. i will try it later

    I tried mine, at first when i pasted onto the paint program there was a white patch. Then now i make the white patch smaller and it seems better. U try it out and see.
