Adorn in New Apparel

Chinese New Year is approaching in 2.5 weeks' time! Time to adorn them in new apparel though I must comment that our children are v blessed coz they get new clothes the whole year through. Nevertheless, what is Chinese New Year without New clothes right? We must maintain the traditions :)

Thankful

Thankful that I can do my duty as a mommy to pick up my daughter. Love to see her sunny smile. God is faithful indeed! :)

Library Activities

I would say that our national library has many meaningful and wonderful activities for the children. About 2 weeks ago, Pb and Rb attended a good workshop on street art and they each decorated a recycle bag. They love art and I love the fact that these library activities are free!! Haha :) cheapo mommy Me :)

NAFA classes

NAFA classes have started! We were all filled with excitement for the children. Pb was extremely happy coz she can do something that she likes and have been asking for it for the longest time.

As parents, we are also afraid that the children will be overly engaged in activities, especially Pb. However, sometimes I think, if I do not let them try these activities now, then when? The school curriculum is going to be even more demanding, so now is a good time to have a go.

Hence, as it is now, we'll have to tighten our purses and give our children suitable activities that they like and are interested in :)

Baby Penguins

We've just signed the children up for swimming lessons. It has been long overdue for Pb and just nice a timing for Rb. Together with Erica and Alicia, we formed a small team and got Uncle Penguin to teach. The children enjoyed their first session and looked forward to their second :)

Picking up my Son

So happy and thankful for half day school today!! I can finally pick my son from his school this morning. I miss sending and picking him soooo much!! It is such a Joy!!
