Preparation for Piano Exam
Pb will be having her Grade 4 ABRSM examination in the next quarter. I haven't been pushing her at all coz I just want her to play leisurely without stress. I've always told her that ultimately, mommy hopes that she can play in the church for God, not to award chase. However, she still has to put in her best. Hopefully she can improve more, especially in the third piece since exam is very near.

Playing for church...basically it's just coordination with the environment, and the flow of the service, or the singers, or whatever the music is "accompanying"?
I played as a little girl in a very small church. Learnt important "street-wise" skills, hahahha - as part of the experience. You know - like how to pretend to play well? How to cover up errors?
Haha... I never had a chance, just no confident in playing publicly. Hopefully my daughter will be bolder :)
I already said VERY SMALL church. hahaha.
