Pb had a great time in her P4 camp. She has tried many things that she has never experienced before, such as kayaking, high element rope course, campfire night, outdoor cooking, night dancing etc. I hope that she'll always remember these wonderful time that she had spent in her primary school life and be thankful to her teachers for organizing this meaningful event for them. Truly thank God for his faithfulness in holding the rain and giving the girls the best weather that we've prayed for!

The next stage
Moving on to Grade 4 of her ballet! God is really awesome! Pb has tasted another Merit award in her ballet :) Time really flies! My little girl is moving towards the stage whereby she needs to lace up her own ballet shoes. Very troublesome but a step closer to independence! :) May God be with her in every step that she takes! Amen :)
Intergeneration Sunday
It was intergeneration Sunday and Pb was worshipping with us in the sanctuary as one of the kids worship leader. She was supposed to say a prayer so I told her to ask God what He wants her to pray about. In the end, she wrote out her own prayer and she prayed for the children to be obedient and families to be united. I thought it was a very sweet prayer and that God do talk to little children :) I pray that servanthood will become a lifestyle that our family will adopt and that our whole family will serve Him together! Amen! 😄
Limited Edition Bible from School
I thought it was really great that the school gives each child a Bible, regardless of race and religion (upon parents' consent). I pray that the children who receive this Bible will also receive God's word and His Son one day! Amen!

Chinese spelling
I told Rb to learn his Chinese 听写 in advance since he has more time over the weekend. After a few rounds, he was still unable to get familiar with a few words and he was getting frustrated. He stomped out of the room pouting and saying,
"You very bad! You sooo bad!"
And then, feeling unsatisfied, he popped his head into the room and continued,
"You so bad, the police will catch you!"
And then he ran away...
I was more amused than angry... Hahaha :p

SG 50 National Day Home Celebration
We celebrated SG50 with our old time family friend. It was a lovely evening for both adults and kids. Time just passed by too quickly but it was an evening we will always remember coz it was our nation's 50th birthday! I have not consciously watched the NDP parade for many years but this year, I made an effort in catching the parade. I especially love the segment on remembering our founding father, Mr Lee Kuan Yew and the matching in of the contingent in vintage uniforms! It brought back many beautiful memories of our history! I wonder if I will live to witness SG100? God bless Singapore and our families!
Our guests. Its amazing that we managed to get everyone to be focused on the camera! Well, except Abby :)
The children eating together :)
NDP tattoos from the SG50 fun pack.
First time having the tattoo on their faces :)
First time we made an effort to decorate our home with national day themed decorations and colours!
Love the buntings. Shall keep them and recycle them for next year's use :)
Even the cutlery were in red and white! Red spoons with white fork :)
The Singapore flag became our dining table centre piece :)
Working hard to pump the balloons. What great helpers they are :)
Pb came up with the good idea of personalising the balloons with Singapore icons and words.
Neat work!
She just loves to doodle :)
Rb drawing the iconic Singapore Flyer. Does it look like it? Haha :)
Singapore is our home, truly! :)
Simple dinner for all, look at my cauliflower platter, in red and white too! :) Red for the cherry tomatoes because I couldn't find strawberries in the supermarket :) The SG50 Lego were also used to adorn the dining table :)
