We had dinner in Tiong Bahru Market. I love the food there - the delicious Tiong Bahru bao, the Jian Bo Chwee Kwey, the Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice etc. While waiting for their Chicken Rice, we took some pictures for the kids :)
I quite like that market. It's very spacious and not hot. Very good. But if it's our Seng Kang Kopitiam hawker centre, I'll resist going there with kids... so hot and nothing much to eat :p
i also like market. To expose the kids to different type of makan experience. Else they will ask to go high class restaurant to eat all the time. I always choose those renovated or have undergo Hawker Centre Upgrading Project (HUP). More airy and cleaner. Some choices here, 1) Tiong Bahru 2) Serangoon Garden Food Centre (not Chomp Chomp) 3) Yio Chu Kang food Centre
