Super Heroes in Singapore Philatelic Museum

I love the Singapore Philatelic Museum because their exhibits are always changing. We can visit the place over and over again and yet be enriched by new information all the time.

This time round, the Singapore Philatelic Museum is displaying on Super Heroes such as Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman etc. Rb loves super heroes so definitely he was thrilled :)

Homemade Pizza Manipulatives

Rb is learning about the beat for the musical notes and time signatures. It's really hard to explain a quarter note count and half note count to a young child, hence I thought of using his favourite food, pizza, to explain :) He love art and craft, hence, I get him to make his own pizza! :)

Aunty Nia was so funny!! She was folding the clothes and she said, "Let me provide you with a backdrop!!" Haha :)

NAFA Aural Class

The violin class has extended to extra half an hour of aural class with notes recognition, writing of time and key signatures, clapping of rhythm etc. Its not easy for a young child but we are trying :)

Home Mass Chinese Class

Our church kids have been going to this Chinese teacher's place for tuition. Initially I was not really keen because of the distance, duration and frequency. I was also not sure if Pb would like mass tuition again and if she would feel lonely. As her regularly home tutor was away for holiday for a month, we decided to let Pb try out the mass tuition. 

While she was having lesson, rb wanted to play at the nearby playground. We also went to the library to read and borrow books :)

Almost close to 2 hours later, we went back to pick Pb up. She looked happy. The teacher gave me some feedback on her Chinese :p there's room for improvement. We stopped by the playground again for the 2 to play together before heading home for dinner :)
