We brought Phoebe and Reuben to the Pasir Ris Park this evening. There is a big outdoor children playground the size of about 2 to 3 football fields, with different play stations. Phoebe had a gungho time climbing the obstacles, going down the slides and swinging high on the swing (her favourite). Reuben couldn't do any of these but he had a good time watching his jie jie busy rushing around playing. He was kicking his legs in excitement. I bet if he has the ability to walk, he would have toddle his way around, following behind his busy sister. We felt so pitiful for Reuben, so we decided to let him have a go on the swing. Though still amateurish, he did it the right way! :) On the contrary, Phoebe looks like a pro, swinging high beside him. (^_^)b
Reuben was probably thinking, "Hmm.. I want to swing as high as jie jie. If I kick my leg faster, maybe I can go higher too... Eek! Eek! Faster... faster..."
Then we let Reuben sit on the sea-saw with Phoebe but only for a few seconds because Phoebe was too vigorous.
I think these 2 pictures will make great cover page!
Actually, I thought Reuben looks like a little tortoise in his shell. Heehee :p
This is an excellent park for active children to exhaust their batteries! :)
