Yup! Our tree is up! I decided to set up the Christmas tree early, by 17 Nov so that it can be on display for a longer period of time... More mileage so as to make my effort worthwhile! Haha. I deliberately set my tree up at about 11 p.m. when Phoebe and Reuben were asleep. I put my tree up almost every year and everytime, I do it alone. However, this year, I have a lil' helper. She was not sent by the elves or santa claus. She is an angel. When I was about hang the ornaments at 12.15 a.m., I saw Phoebe whining and rubbing her eyes and saying, "So sunny." Haha. She has a cute habit of saying "so sunny" instead of' "so glaring" every time she wakes up from her sleep while I am wide awake doing stuff with the lights turn on.
Anyway, I carried her up and asked if she would like to help mommy to hang all the bears and baubles. She was more than willing. I had thought that she would be a mess-maker but she turned up to be a marvellous and serious helper. If you have a chance to come to my place to look at my tree, you'll notice that all the little bears and baubles are hung at the lower end of the tree. That's because Phoebe is only that tall! She's a BLESSING! :)
Last evening, I caught Reuben trying to pull the baubles down from the tree.
Tsk Tsk Tsk, Reuben, your jie jie has worked very hard to put these up you know... No messing up and these baubles are definitely not edible.
Such a cuttie! :)

Good girl, Phoebe :) You are so sweet and helpful! Haha, baby Reuben, are the bubbles tasty?! I'm sure if Justin goes to your place, he will do what Reuben did too!
