On Chinese New Year eve, we decided to bring the children to the The Animal Resort in Seletar Farmway 5. We wanted to keep the children out of mischief so that Auntie Nia can clean the house in peace, in preparation for Chinese New Year. There were quite a few farm animals such as goat, geese, chickens, rooster, rabbits, guinea pigs, koi, dogs, peacock, peahen, parrots, macaw etc. The silly chickens kept charging towards us whenever we squat down. They must have thought that we're offering them food. After a short while, we could feel one or two drops of rain. The geese started to waddle into their shelter. We took the cue and headed to the car immediately. It was quite a small place and we covered the whole place in less than an hour. The children enjoyed themselves though.
