Home-made Baked Rice

This holiday, I've decided to try making some of the food I've tried in restaurants. I've made Chicken Chop with cheesy mashed potato and garlic spaghetti (which I forgot to take pictures of it) and on New Year's day, I made Chicken Baked Rice.

It was rather easy to make, somewhat similar to making spaghetti. In case you want to try, here're the steps.
1) Cook some rice using the rice cooker
2) Heat up some oil and stir fry some garlic and small onions
3) Add in chopped big onions and then minced meat (beef, chicken, salmon or tuna)
4) Add in some mixed vegetables (e.g. corn, dice carrot, chopped long beans etc)
5) Add in spaghetti sauce and a pinch of salt
6) Stir fry the cooked rice with a little butter and raisins and a pinch of salt
7) Put a layer of rice on a small aluminium tray or dish
8) Top the rice with the meat sauce
9) Lastly, sprinkle some mozzerella cheese on top
10) Bake in an oven toaster for about fifteen minutes, until the cheese melt and turn a little brown
You can add whatever ingredient you like, as seen in the picture, I've also added in crab stick. For a balance diet, garnish the baked rice with boiled broccoli.

There you are! My Home-made baked Rice. Not bad for a first timer yah?! :)

The next time, I'm going to try making Shepherd's Pie and Peanut Butter Ice-Blend! :)

No need big ovens! Only a small oven toaster will do coz all the ingredients are already cooked. We only need the small oven toaster to melt and brown the parmesan cheese :)
