New Wardrobe

The children have been sharing a wardrobe with their Papa. Their wardrobe was bursting with clothes, to the extent that ironed clothes would soon become crampled because it was simply too cramp in there. We kept buying clothes for them. As it is now, Reuben has clothes that can fit him up to 3 years of age and Phoebe, she has dresses and T-shirts that are meant for 5-year-olds. Hence, we decided that it's time to get a wardrobe for the both of them. The old 2-seater sofa bed in the study room were discarded to make way for the new wardrobe.

Initially, we wanted to get kids wardrobe for them because they are cuter. We looked at Ikea, nice wardrobes but we hated DIYs. Too much a hassle, too sweaty a job in humid Singapore. And then, we thought that if the children grow up, their kiddish wardrobe may not meet their needs anymore. Thus, we look for adults wardrobe. They're bigger, so hopefully, more mileage. We took about 3-4 weeks just to source for a wardrobe. Finally, we saw one that we quite like and is not too expensive. This is the one! It was delivered yesterday morning at 10.40 a.m.

After cleaning up the wardrobe, I put in the children's clothes. I was astonished to find that the wardrobe was almost filled up, except the pigeon holes! We must really stop buying clothes for the children. But Auntie KF, we're still keen to get the hand-me-downs from Dash's collections! =)
